The Caffè Bertaina, nestled under the arcades of Piazza Maggiore, offers a wonderful setting to enjoy Piedmontese classics of the highest quality. I’ve never had better Tajarin al Ragù anywhere, and the desserts are true works of art. Definitely worth a visit – even at lunchtime.
