The holiday apartment on the ground floor of the northern half of the house offers approximately 90 m² of living space. As in the main house, the design is inspired by our vision of contemporary country-house chic, combining functionality with comfort and a welcoming atmosphere. Thanks to the generously proportioned rooms, light colour palette, and high-quality materials, it is easy to feel at home from the moment you arrive. The bright, fully equipped open-plan kitchen and dining area features a large dining table, while the adjoining living area invites you to relax on the comfortable sofa.

The cozy bedroom, furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, and wardrobe, offers a lovely view of the river and the old bridge of the disused railway line that once ran directly behind the house.

The bathroom, tiled in dark stoneware, is equipped with a large washbasin and a walk-in shower. Its window also overlooks the river.

Garden furniture belonging to the apartment may be freely arranged by guests throughout the property and on the two terraces assigned to the apartment. A garden area of approximately 1,000 m² to the north of the house is reserved exclusively for guests staying in Apartment 2 and is ideal for those seeking privacy and seclusion.

The swimming pool, located in the garden area of Apartment 1, is available for shared use by all guests of the property.
