The holiday apartment located in the southern part of the house, which we refer to as Apartment 1, features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious open-plan living and dining area with a fireplace, as well as a ground-level wooden terrace and a covered terrace on the upper floor.

From the terraces, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the surrounding greenery and the property grounds. On clear days, you can even see the snow-covered slopes of the Maritime Alps. The 6 x 3 metre swimming pool is within sight of the terraces, allowing you to quickly cool off while keeping an eye on the children at all times.

The interior is spacious and comfortably furnished. On the ground floor, adjacent to the living and dining area, there is a large bedroom and a shower room. From the living room, you step directly onto the wooden terrace. The upper floor features the second bedroom with an open gallery, where an additional double bed is located—ideal for children and teenagers. The large bathroom on this level is equipped with a shower, double washbasin, and washing machine. From here, you also have access to the impressive roof terrace, offering fantastic views over the grounds and the Tanaro River. This is the perfect place to enjoy cozy evenings by candlelight or to relax during the hot summer midday hours with a refreshing breeze.
